TLS was founded over 25 years ago and still maintains a commitment to quality service in every aspect of the Clinical Laboratory. Who do we employ?
Phlebotomists- Specialize in the collection of clinical samples. They collect blood through venipuncture, capillary puncture (finger stick) or from newborns via heel stick.
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)- Perform the duties of the phlebotomist and have the educational background to perform testing of clinical samples in a clinical laboratory setting.
Medical Technologist (MT)- Performs all the duties of the phlebotomist and MLT. MT's can also specialize in a specific area of the clinical laboratory.
